- Oil must be returned in leak proof containers
- We will only credit exact amounts received – rounded down to the nearest litre.
- The amount will be checked and verified before any credit on next purchase is offered.
- We will only accept oil – not liquid top-ups or substitutes.
- We reserve the right to refuse any substandard or spoilt liquid offered. Branch management decision is final.
- We will only give credit off next purchase to be redeemed at Bestway, Batleys or Bellevue. No cash or stock alternative will be made available.
